What's in it
This powerful, visual report reveals WHO the serious collectors are for your type of artwork this season. In each report, you can expect to:
- See which artworks get the most views and sales; get their prices, dimensions, styles, subjects, and more
- Discover who buys art like yours; get their location, age, interests, and more so you can target them
- Find the keywords and phrases that collectors are Google searching to find artwork for sale; get current trends and hashtags
- Get insights for online collectors globally, and in-person collectors locally in your area, so you can live anywhere and still have huge selling potential
With this report, where you learn WHO your serious collectors are, you can build a clear strategy for HOW to target them (or let us do it for you with a personalized action plan).
Seasons
Collector behaviors change throughout the year, based on factors like holidays, weather, and trends, so generic guidance doesn't make sense.
Instead, we divide the year into four seasons to reflect the natural rhythm, making your results relevant now. This helps you to:
- Make smarter moves and avoid burnout by investing in growth at the right moments
- Stay on top of collector behavior and market changes with a fresh report every three months (4 seasons per year) - long enough to see a difference and act on your last results
- In each report, get a comparison to this time last year to understand bigger shifts in the market and/or in collector interests
Example: Let's say you place an order in July 2025. First, your collector report will consider data from three key periods to give you the strongest insights possible:
- This past season (April-June 2025) – Your current collectors
- This past season last year (April-June 2024) – Your previous
- The next season last year (July-September 2024) – How collectors shifted last year, and might shift again this year
The four seasons of the year are:
01
January-March
The season of New Years resolutions, Spring cleaning, and life changes
02
April-June
The season of festivals, fairs, graduations, and home renovations
03
July-September
The season of Summer events, home decorating, and spending tax returns
04
October-December
The peak holiday season for gift buying, shopping, and proposals

How we personalize
We understand how frustrating it is when artists are misled by empty promises and unreliable online sources. That's why we're fully transparent about how we collect market data and personalize your results.
How we personalize your collector reports and action plans:
We use the information you share in your onboarding form (which becomes your artist profile and you can update at any time) to filter our master datasets. We then do additional research based on things like your growth goals and fairs/events coming up in your city, to fill in any gaps that the datasets don't give us and make your results truly yours.
Finally, we craft all of this information into a visual report that is deeply personalized to you. We never reuse or reshare reports; every report is unique.
Where we get market data:
- Professional, verified data collection tools and services built for businesses
- Web crawlers that scan billions of web pages for relevant information
- Search engine results analysis (SERP) analysis for millions of keywords
- Clickstream data from users who have given consent
- Proprietary algorithms for processing and analysis
How we make sure our data is accurate:
- We use multiple data sources for a robust approach that gives solid, representative results. We don't rely on solo sources that could be biased or incomplete.
- Our data comes from live and historical sources with real-time updates. These are facts about what actually happened, not guesses about the future.
- Our verified partners check for errors before the data even reaches us. When it does reach us, we do extensive data cleaning to make sure it's organized and logical.
- We only work with partners who are vetted as best in class industry standard. We don't take chances on sketchy sources.
No large set of data can be 100% precise without any small margin of error, but we do everything in our power to maximize reliability and trustworthiness of results, so that you're getting la crème de la crème (best in class).
