Artists: We understand how frustrating it is when artists are misled by empty promises and unreliable online sources.

Art fair & event organizers: We understand how important it is for any business to vet their vendors.

That's why we're fully transparent about how we collect market data and personalize your results.

How we personalize collector reports and action plans:

We use the information you share in your onboarding form and kick off call to filter our master datasets. We then do additional research based on things like your growth goals, collector types, and fairs/events coming up in your city, to fill in any gaps that the datasets don't give us and make your results truly yours.

Finally, we craft all of this information into a visual report that is deeply personalized to you. We never reuse or reshare reports; every report is unique.

Where we get market data:

  • Professional, verified data collection tools and services built for businesses
  • Web crawlers that scan billions of web pages for relevant information
  • Search engine results analysis (SERP) analysis for millions of keywords
  • Clickstream data from users who have given consent
  • Proprietary algorithms for processing and analysis

How we make sure our data is accurate:

  • We use multiple data sources for a robust approach that gives solid, representative results. We don't rely on solo sources that could be biased or incomplete.
  • Our data comes from live and historical sources with real-time updates. These are facts about what actually happened, not guesses about the future.
  • Our verified partners check for errors before the data even reaches us. When it does reach us, we do extensive data cleaning to make sure it's organized and logical.
  • We only work with partners who are vetted as best in class industry standard. We don't take chances on sketchy sources.

No large set of data can be 100% precise without any small margin of error, but we do everything in our power to maximize reliability and trustworthiness of results, so that you're getting la crème de la crème (best in class).

What's your refund policy for memberships?

While we're confident in our ability to help you grow your business, we completely understand that sometimes it's just not a fit.

We can't refund you for work already completed, but we can offer a pro rata refund for the remaining unused portion of the year, minus a 20% fee for work done on account set up, onboarding, and refund processing.

If you cancel within the first 24 hours of ordering, you'll get a full refund.
